Reverend Javier Castrejon was born in Mexico City in 1978, the youngest of three children. He was educated in Mexico.
He studied at the Seminaries of Diocese of Tacambaro and Diocese of Ciudad Altamirano. He was ordained August 16, 2003 at Diocese of Ciudad Altamirano. Father Javier studied Canon Law at “Universidad Pontificia de Mexico” in 2004-2007. His last parish assignment was at San Juan Bautista Pungarabato-Cathedral in the diocese of Ciudad Altamirano.
Father Javier was a member of the College of Consultors, the Council of Priests and was Judicial Vicar in the Diocese of Ciudad Altamirano.
On September 04, 2015 Bishop Michael J. Burbidge installed Fr. Javier Castrejon as Parochial Vicar of Sacred Heart Church, and Administrator of Mission San Juan Diego.
