Follow in the footsteps of St. Joseph, a carpenter by trade, and join the volunteers who help build homes for Habitat. We volunteered last year and everyone enjoyed their roles in that effort. We are invited back again this year and are committed to Thursday, May 22 and Friday, May 23. The home is in Pinebluff, which is below Southern Pines off of Route 1. Also, they requested 12 volunteers to sign up for both days. It really is a wonderful effort and a great work of charity. Please let me know if you want to register and I will give you instructions. If you have worked before, then you should be familiar with the registration process. More info forthcoming to the prospective volunteers. Thanks for your interest and St. Joseph will look kindly on us.....
