The Meditation Ministry at Sacred Heart is  a small part of a global and inclusive contemplative school or family following the World Community of Christian Meditation
as taught by John Main OSB (1926-1982) and now Lawrence Freeman OSB.    The roots of christian meditation lie in the desert tradition of early christianity dating back to the 4th century.

We are here to guide and nurture our journey of meditation from day one.  We invite you to join us.  It is a simple practical wisdom that brings the truths of faith alive in our own experience.

The group meets on Wednesday morning from 8:45 - 9:45 am in Family Room (left side) in the Church gathering area. All are welcome.
